Great company but no consistency and lack of professional opportunities

Pros

The company has great benefits and most teams I have been part of have provided proper training and great team dynamics.

Cons

Many people get 'shuffled' around often, moved around to different teams because of client contracts ending or downsizing and therefore having to find a 'new team' for employees. This means you get a new supervisor each time delaying any professional growth due to 'starting over' with the new team.
