      Excellent career growth and development opportunities and programs to support! True work-life balance with Flexible Time Off offered. Cohesive teams and passionate work colleagues makes this the best place to work!

      Cons

      Same as across all research careers, there can be ups and down to study needs and requirements that require flexibility with schedules especially with the travel frustrations encountered the last couple of years.

      Pros

      Good work-life balance, benefits were good, colleagues were great to work offering lots of support and mentoring as needed, company had lots of ERGs to get involved with.

      Cons

      Spin-off is their first downfall which created several layoffs with no plan on how to cover omitted positions....should have left business as it was. Lots of work with little to know direction, management sets up others for failure due to lack of development/mentoring, too many chiefs!
