Pros
1) Pay is better than most other CROs. 2) I personally had a good manager, and didn't hear many horror stories on managers compared to the other CROs I worked with. Also both direct manager and study teams actually RECOGNIZE you for the hard work you put in. 3) Use of National as the main car rental service.
Cons
1)Per diem policy is not as good as some other CROs (amount is higher, but you must use company card, can only buy certain things, extra time doing expense reports etc). 2) The $ limits and legwork on booking travel: if you go over some certain (not very large) amount you have to get study mgr approval which is an extra step in the already annoying Concur process which can lose you bookings or seat selections; the general poor choice of hotels allowed to be chosen in Concur vs. the other CROs. 3) inconsistency in study manager/project manager quality. Either they're extremely good or basically non-present, and complaints on the latter (e.g. I can't get approval for travel because this person never responds) basically are useless (though the managers do at least act sympathetic)
