Excellent culture in the organization. Colleagues are very supportive and helpful. The orientation to the new hire is very engaging and informative. There is an open communication policy which allows you to connect with senior stakeholders with ease. Line managers are very understanding and truly encourage you to unleash your full potential. New ideas and creative thinking are welcomed by the company which allows employees to constantly evolve and come out of the comfort zone.
