Very intense timelines for clients Change of job responsibilities from submission to contracts (80% of the time) Many projects with few people to be able to support all these projects Not time for personal development and to digest all upcoming information Very dynamic environment with many corporate changes (brand name changes, spin off, migration of systems) Not good knowledge of countries requirements from Management so this creates a lot of effort and time to explain on each project how my country works with trials. No opportunities for career advancement. Merits received is 15 euros net in my salary every month. No salary change since I started working in this company in December 2018 to Lab Corp.
