Nice team of people, but poor communication from top management and lack of leadership vision

Pros

Friendly atmosphere, great work/life balance outside of busiest periods. There are some (although few) young and dynamic leaders. HR are supportive.

Cons

Highly bureaucratic processes which hinder ability to service clients. Top management rarely communicate to the wider team, rarely informed about joiners/leavers etc. Most of the partners are nearing retirement and seem to care very little about their successors.

Very Professional environment and salary is not an constraint to the right candidate. based on Experience, good compensation is given as per industry standard. its Start from 40K to runs in Lacs.... . salary gets credited end of the every month without delay. There is no politics within the company. All employees works like a professional family. Even Junior can directly communicate at all verticles level of management. So overall it is good opportunity to work in MAZARS.

Cons

it is basically firm of Professional such as CA, ICWA, ACS, People other than this background is recommended not to prefer.
