Pros

We are given a survey every year and get positive changes from it that benefit our employees (They listen) Advancement opportunities, especially with current growth Ability to work in a variety of industries in client service (Unlike the big 4) Great benefits and they are getting even better Small firm feel, even though we are large

Cons

A little slow sometimes in decision making, but ultimately that is a pro because they are really thinking of firm impacts instead of just making flash decisions that may have a negative effect

Salary was decent. Good location.

Cons

On the surface they support working moms, but down in the teams, not so much. No promotion or bonus because I requested remote work.
