Chane to learn quickly alot of different aspects

Company has grown so fast the leadership forgets who is doing the work. Acquisition after Acquisition with no support to those doing all the work. Raises and bonuses are always promised but never fulfilled. Lots of missteps. IT programs that are not working together.
