Cons

Mass layoffs despites massive profits. Made me send emails stating what I did when I was the only one showing up on time, working late, and even unpaid weekends. Rot in hell Sal you worthless scum

They are likely headed to bankruptcy soon which could qualify you for unemployment benefits when you get laid off.

Cons

Literally every aspect of working for this company. They are under incredible financial duress to the point they have stopped paying out previously committed performance incentives. Some portions of the performance incentive package for sales-based roles are being held by the company for upwards of 8 months. Other portions of the incentive program have been discontinued due to changes made by the company. Paychecks have been consistently delayed going back to 2022. The company has also engaged in changing sales quotas upwards without notice and less than 2 weeks left in a performance period (quarterly).

Casual dress. Enjoy working with my colleagues (those who are on the associate level, not management).

Cons

PTO/Vacation policy is by far one of the worst programs I have ever seen from a company. No paternity/maternity leave, must use up PTO for this. You only get promoted or receive a significant raise when you threaten to leave the company and they’re about to lose you. Certain departments have an extremely toxic atmosphere and are headed by poor and careless management. Not a lot of developmental opportunities or room for growth.
