Working with a talented team & being surrounded by smart, dedicated colleagues is the biggest highlight. Great comp structure, rewarding the high performers Awesome rewards and incentives! Transparency around business growth, incentives, strategies Everyone is treated with respect at all levels. Overall, amazing place to work. Work from home is a huge benefit but also so great to get together 3x a year and spend time in person, working together face to face but being able to celebrate during in person events too

Cons

Not a con for me, but could be a con depending on your work-style. Extremely fast paced! Always trying something new, learning from mistakes, and being pushed out of your comfort zone to come out stronger!
