Thank you for the thoughtful and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that you value the transparency from leadership and feel supported by our investment in our people. We also appreciate your feedback around streamlining processes and better defining how departments collaborate as we continue to grow as a company. Regarding your advice on creating opportunities to showcase wins on a smaller scale - we recently revamped a program called Learning Loop, that is designed to share wins across depatments, regardless of the size. It’s a space meant for team members to share knowledge and successes outside of our larger company-wide meetings.
