Pros
*great work life balance - I have the flexibility and option in my schedule to work remote or in the office. Sometimes things just pops up unexpectedly and I was able to take time off for it.
*The PEOPLE - employees are super friendly and welcoming. They are always willing to assist and answer any questions I have. Teammates are always checking in to see if there's anything they can assist on my plate. If I am on PTO, I know I can enjoy my vacation without thinking about work as I know I have teammates who can support and cover.
*learning environment - Everyday I am still learning different skills and doing different projects. I even get to partner with other employees outside of my team, which is a great learning experience from my previous job.
*Company Party - two company parties a year to bond and connect with employees from all different teams including lunches, team competitions, and volunteering!
*Office - 360 view of Boston from every corner in the office. Kitchen is filled with snacks! The fridges are always full of a variety of drinks such as cold brews, juices, soda, kombuchas, milk..etc. (Do you know how much I saved without buying coffee?!)
Cons
*Not enough peanut butter pretzels and Reese's in the office! Every time I go to our chocolate bowl, the Reese's are gone...
