      Pros

      The company offers a solid benefits package, including complementary insurance and additional PTOs beyond standard vacation, which really supports work-life balance. The culture is genuinely welcoming — it feels like a place where people care about each other and take pride in what they do. The team is made up of incredibly talented individuals who are both collaborative and inspiring to work with.

      Cons

      There are moments when other departments seem to influence our workflows without enough collaboration, which can make it feel like our team's autonomy is being overlooked.

      People and Culture Business goals Salary Time off Coaching and training Professional development Career opportunities Work from home/Hybrid Trust in employees Charitable Giving This company has truely been a unicorn in terms of how we treat employees and customers. Everyone at Forward is invested in the growth of the company and the employee. It has been a long time since I have been involved with a company that values all levels the way Forward does. This place has been amazing, I feel valued every day and my goal is to make a positive impact and grow with the company. Also they are involved with the community and make a sustained effort to support the causes you are interested in by providing an employer match plus "gifts" of donations that you can allocate to your chosen charity through Millie! I cant say enough good things about my experience. I will continue to recommend Forward to anyone who is motivated and wants an amazing place to work!

      Cons

      The speed of which changes are implemented can feel rushed, but the company is focused on moving forward and continued growth.
