A company that stays true to their word!

It hasn't even been a full year that I've been with Forward Financing and I'm still in shock that this company is proof that there are businesses out there that stay true to their word. Forward Financing has opened doors for my professional career that I didn't know existed and they continue to give me and all of their employees opportunities for growth, daily positive interactions with all members of management, and constant transparent business updates. It's been an amazing experience working for a business that is owned and managed by real people whose moral values make them not only good people, but also help to create a positive & growth-inspired working environment.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that, being that I am a remote employee, it sometimes is difficult to navigate feeling included when it comes to the events that Forward Financing holds to bring employees together. Not having the opportunity to be there in person really makes a difference in inclusiveness.
