- location is flexible with options to be fully remote - friendly, inclusive environment - strong communication and transparency from senior leadership on company goals, objectives and changes -good work life balance and strong benefits - collaborative atmosphere where your thoughts and ideas matter -great onboarding/training -lots of opportunities for growth within the company/teams

Cons

-Standard working hours are 9am - 6pm est which can be difficult for some schedules.

Salary has not increased to keep up with the recent inflation. Bonus structure changes too often to keep up with

An excellent company that can feel like a family

Amazing people, great mission and great values Overall, this is a fantastic company. I was there for a little over a year and can honestly say I never met anyone I didn't want to work with. The culture is amazing and they really make sure people are a great fit and competent in their role. Sadly in March '23 they succumb to some macroeconomic issues which caused layoffs, otherwise I'd still be happy employed there.

Cons

Potentially some culture shakeups post layoffs. I know in engineering after the Vp of Engineering left, it created some holes, but I believe they already had a plan to address this.
