While we don’t currently offer a four-day work week, our employees' work-life balance is a top priority. We are open to continuing to explore the possibility of alternate working schedules, including a four day work week, in the future.

- The people! Everyone I interact with here at Forward is incredibly welcoming, supportive, open to answering questions, and genuine. - Lots of opportunity for career growth. It's the norm for people here to be promoted within 1-2 years. - 100% remote work with the option of working in a beautiful office in downtown Boston when we want to!

Cons

Since we work remotely, the office can be pretty slow/ quiet sometimes but there's always at least a few people in!
