- Incredible culture made possible by upper management and continual people investment. (Start up feel) - Accessible leadership team who embody the "we before me" mentality that they encourage throughout the business. - Benefits including a competitive 401K match, open PTO policy, Benepass flex spending account (for health/ wellness/ WFH use), and remote work policy - Prioritizes OOO and allows people to truly disconnect when taking PTO. - Transparency from all levels of management and across the business.

- Work-life balance is not actively discussed throughout the company.

If you're looking for a company who is transparent, vulnerable and simply values "keeping it real" with its employees - whether updates are good or bad - then Forward is your next company!

Cons

No longer a start up, but sometimes still feels like one. Extremely fast paced industry affected internally and externally by economic volatility and direct competition. Easy for goals to shift and/or change in-flight. You must be flexible, learn to adapt and work through ongoing changes and occasional ambiguity.

Pros

I like how Forward cares about their employees‘ health and wellness. For example I’m given a monthly stipend to use for fitness-related expenses. And that’s just one of many benefits for employees. Forward also holds engaging workshops every month. I'm learning a lot of concepts and ideas that I wouldn't normally seek out on my own. Lastly, I like working for a company that helps small businesses succeed. It makes me feel good about the work I do.

Cons

Since I'm still new to Forward, I haven’t identified any downsides.
