They actually listen and make changes

FF doesn't survey people just to check a box, they meet with people and send anonymous surveys to actively listen to what is working and what isn't, and they adjust accordingly. The company has grown up over the past few years I have been here, always evolving and getting better. The culture is stronger than ever. The bar is high for performance but the rewards are well matched. The People team goes out of their way to ensure all employees feel included and have clearly outlined expectations and responsibilities. I can't say enough great things about my time here. If you work hard, have a good attitude and want to have fun, this is the best place to work!

Cons

With the company in growth mode, there are frequent changes happening and new processes and procedures being created throughout the company. You do need to remain adaptable and flexible but overall most of the outcomes are positive!

Forward Financing is like a second home. Everyone here is so friendly and I have made some of my best friends at this company. The environment is fast paced which leaves for never a dull moment. If you work hard at this company and do your job you will be rewarded time and time again. Forward Financing makes sure to pay and treat people better than most would to show you that they recognize your talent and hard work. No matter what level you are at within the company, you know you have a voice. Your ideas and opinions are heard and valued. I have been here for three years and I truly wake up every morning and run to work because of how much I love what I do and the people I do it with.
