Accepting the job opportunity with Forward Financing has been the best decision I have made in my professional career so far. My first 90 days have been awesome and I have felt so welcomed by my team and the company since my first day. The flexibility of remote work has allowed me to make the most of my time and prioritize work-life balance - although I am very much looking forward to going to our beautiful office on 53 State Street a couple days a week starting this Fall. Overall, I can't say enough positive things about my experience with FF so far and look forward to growing with the company!

I have been working at FF for a bit over a month now, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to join the firm! FF represents exactly the type of company and culture I was hoping to find. The onboarding couldn't have gone any smoother, the People & Culture team do an outstanding job getting people started with meet and greets and various trainings. The company itself is filled with smart, collaborative, humble and fun people at every level, and I have felt nothing but welcomed since I have started here. I am excited to get back into the office and have company events again soon too!
