Pros

The people and culture are great. My team is collaborative, while my manager and other peers fully support me while being transparent and honest. Most people work really hard and they encourage the recognition of those who go above and beyond. All past company events have been awesome. Even as we continue to adapt to the "post covid" environment, the company still encourages and organizes remote trainings/workshops, virtual happy hours, themed zoom events, etc.. Investing in employees and creating an atmosphere that 99.9% of the people look forward to being a part of because it's fun and healthy. They go above and beyond to make sure people feel comfortable but also have the opportunity to excuse themselves if they don't want to participate. FF has also been very flexible with working remote during these challenging times. Employees are trusted that they will be efficient and get the job done well. Nearly everyone I work with looks forward to going back into the office (Endless amounts of hard work went into making the environment safe and welcoming). If you are a motivated individual and work hard, your experience will be rewarding and impactful.

Cons

It can be discouraging when more tenured employees display different levels of effort and professionalism. However, it also creates unique opportunities for the top performers who exhibit FF's core values to really stand out and make a direct impact everyday.
