Pros

FF welcomed me with open arms, I immediately adjusted to the environment and its culture. It has been a pleasure to represent Forward Financing on every level. I am proud to be their employee and recommend anyone with a strong work ethic to look into it!

Cons

As much as WFH is great and convenient, constant work on a screen can be challenging. But then again, it's inevitable.

- Company currently experiencing rapid growth - Consistent promotions for internal employees that go above and beyond - Open PTO and a leadership team that backs the policy and encourages all employees to take time away - A people and culture team that listens to their employees and takes action - Open communication. Everyone from the President to the most recently hired employee is in the know and driving towards the same goals - Manager development through 360 feedback and continued education offerings - Flexibility for remote work post-covid - Charitable contribution matches - Countless performance bonuses have been run to motivate/reward employees hard work
