Pros

Everyone knows everyone, and everyone helps each other. There are a lot of ambitious and hard working people in the company, and people collaborate and work well together. My work is challenging and my team is supportive. You can get a lot accomplished because there's not a lot of bureaucracy like you might find at a larger company. The company listens to employee feedback and does a lot to make it a good place to work (a lot of little things to keep morale up while we're all remote). There's room for career advancement since it's a small but growing company.

Cons

Commute into Boston can be rough depending where you're coming from, but that is not an issue anymore.
