Pros

Great people and an energetic culture, even with remote work. Support for employees both on the job and for career development outside of work. Genuine efforts to expand the company's approach to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Healthy culture supportive of work/life balance and an increasing emphasis employee mental health.

Cons

As a company that has grown rapidly in the past few years, some things (such as career ladders and performance evaluations) tend to see a lot of changes in recent years as the company matures and strives to improve on these processes. This is largely a side effect of positive change, but can also feel a bit chaotic for employees seeking more long-term stability.
