Company culture and career development. Very much a sense of teamwork and "we're all in this together". The communication and mission are very transparent and you immediately know what's expected of you. Conversely, management communicates what you expect of them. I was very impressed with how they handled the COVID crisis and worked hard to keep employees on board. The also work towards YOUR career development. This may mean improving your job skills and knowledge...or even spreading out into different areas to make yourself more marketable. They foster bringing new ideas to the table and giving value to all opinions. The CEO works very hard at making this a place that people WANT to work at.
