Pros

Company culture and career development. Very much a sense of teamwork and "we're all in this together". The communication and mission are very transparent and you immediately know what's expected of you. Conversely, management communicates what you expect of them. I was very impressed with how they handled the COVID crisis and worked hard to keep employees on board. The also work towards YOUR career development. This may mean improving your job skills and knowledge...or even spreading out into different areas to make yourself more marketable. They foster bringing new ideas to the table and giving value to all opinions. The CEO works very hard at making this a place that people WANT to work at.

Cons

This is going to sound trite, but since people like their jobs, I can foresee difficulty moving up...as no one is going anywhere!

Transparent and honest company. Stays true to their Core values. Truly impressed and proud of the way our CEO and leadership team have handled tough internal and external decisions during this pandemic. Many in the industry (competitors and partners) thought our actions were careless, crazy and premature. To see some of those companies endure more layoffs and have a hard time to stay afloat is sad to watch, but validates our team made all the right moves and decisions. Extremely proud of our entire staff who stayed positive throughout, continue rising to the occasion and helped turn things around during unprecedented times, all while working remotely. Had doubts and worries about job security in the Spring, but that's behind us now. Collections are strong and we're back to funding with volume increasing everyday and month. Proud and happy employee looking forward to finishing the year strong and seeing what the future holds in 2021 here at FF!

Frequent company meetings with high levels of transparency. Management is dedicated to supporting employees' professional goals and are always available to discuss work and offer insight on projects as needed. Clear mission allows for a positive sense of purpose amongst employees. Collaborative and understanding atmosphere surrounding work schedules, PTO, and other circumstances. Excellent handling of the COVID-19 pandemic including fair and frequent communication with all employees about the impacts and response.
