I've been working at Forward Financing for over a year now and have been very impressed with the caliber of the team at FF. The company places a lot of emphasis on the hiring process to ensure we hire the right individual for the right role. There has been no shortage of interesting projects and opportunities for cross-team collaboration. The company has great benefits and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Cons

There really haven't been any notable cons. Even in the face of adversity during the unprecedented Coronavirus pandemic, the management team had the right experience to help the company weather the storm.

Awesome Employees - The company hires amazing people that really fit in with the culture. Opportunity for Growth - Upwards mobility is very important, and since my first interview to now my manager has given me the tools I need to achieve that goal. Culture - Happy Hours! Company Lunch!
