Pros

They've managed to continue to grow without losing sight of their vision and their focus around people. I've been at a few companies that started growing and started to lose their personal touch - I haven't witnessed that at all in Forward. Management seems to truly care about their people and the environment is incredibly supportive and ready to help you achieve greatness. Seriously the best company I've ever worked for.

Cons

I truly don't have any - I love working from home, new projects, my team, etc.

-The underwriting department is led by bright visionaries with great emotional intelligence. These leaders are crucial in providing the initiatives, goals and targeted guidance necessary for success -The underwriting department is sustained by an incredible culture of motivated hard working underwriters -The Chief People Officer is charismatic, transparent and people first. She truly cares about every single employee and will go above and beyond to make sure these employees are appreciated and rewarded for their hard work -The People & Culture team work so diligently to maintain a truly special culture and keep employee satisfaction high. Their employee recognition and appreciation programs are exceptional -The culture of Forward Financing is truly one of one. Hard work is always seen and appreciated. It’s a job you truly wake up excited to work -Having the the flexibility to work remotely and commute into a beautiful office space at your leisure is a very rare benefit among its contemporaries in the industry. As I'm 50+ miles away from the office space, this is a very appreciated perk -I feel very thankful to have a job that helps positively impact real people and small businesses by giving them the access to the capital they need to sustain and expand their businesses
