Pros

The culture and the benefits are 2 of the biggest draws that keep me at Forward. Unlimited PTO is huge as are our numerous other generous benefits. The company is continually striving to do better and gauges employees happiness from all avenues.

Cons

We operate more like a financial services company than a tech company. If you want to compete in the tech space, you need to switch your priorities and invest in Tech.

Many benefits and they allow you to expense food and supplies.

Cons

Everyone seems so disingenuous that it is difficult to know whether you can truly trust your peers and manager. Executives and management seem like they are constantly patting each other on the back while things feel forced and unnatural.
