Pros

-I have made some very good friends and met some amazing people along the way

Cons

-You will work harder than you ever have but will receive little recognition -You will be looked over for promotions that you've worked hard for -Corporate/supervisors seem to care very little about the staff's well being -There was also that one time a few years back where they made everyone in the company reapply for their jobs. That was super fun. I didn't get my original job back and then I was told to "be lucky that you still have a job" 🙃

Never again.

Pros

Benefits were pretty good. Friendly co-workers. Off work at 4:30.

Cons

Really did not enjoy my time here at all. I agree with the previous review "these positive reviews must be managers." My direct supervisor was a terrible manager. Scheduled a one-on-one each week and I was shocked if it actually happened and was rarely given the full hour if it did. In fact, the call to put in my two-week notice was conveniently put off 3 days in a row. Pushed off time and time again. To top it all off, I was belittled when I left for not leaving things in perfect condition, but was never trained on a lot of it. The expectations were way too high. Perfection or prepare to be treated as if you are stupid. I think there were several (I mean sevvveralll) people under my manager prior to my hire. I would love to know what my manger did for 40 hours a week, when most weeks not one of those hours was spent working with me. Every single day I felt I was doing something wrong with no one to turn to.

Pros

FSC offers a very generous PTO and paid holiday benefit. It cares about it's employees and values a work/life balance. FSC encourages growth and promotes within whenever possible.

Cons

FSC doesn't offer sick time, however because of the generous PTO policy and other short-term/long-term benefits, along with FMLA you never have to worry if you need an extended time off

Hello, and thank you for your review. Just to clarify, "sick days" are wrapped together with PTO, to allow more flexibility regarding how you use your time off. We encourage a good work-life balance here, so whether need to use your PTO for health, personal time, vacation, or staycation, it's up to you! Just let your supervisor know as soon as possible if you're sick, and we'll wish you well.
