• Love my team and the clients that we serve. I enjoy helping people better their lives and I also enjoy helping my team reach their own personal and professional goals. • 401K Match is 6% and the PTO package is amazing! • Good Work/Life balance

Cons

• Recently changed Insurance company to a company never heard of. Expensive. Too early in the year to review more than that. • Wages are a little low for current economic conditions

Each day is a new day at FSC! We have the opportunity to meet clients where they are at and work to provide services that they want in a way that they choose. Working alongside clients as they work to identify and achieve their dreams is very rewarding. We learn as much if not more from the clients we serve as they do from us. The staff at FSC is wonderful, we're a family.
