A lot to do with no overtime (usually), so you do need to know how to prioritize, but it's definitely doable!

A Good Place to Be

Pros

You have the opportunity to help people every day and to make a positive influence in their lives. I enjoy cheering people on and reminding them of their potential and ability to realize their dreams. The pay is competitive, PTO/vacation is great, and the ability to flex and work from home makes this a very family friendly place to work. Co-workers/management are also very understanding and supportive.

Cons

Program policy. Meeting program requirements set by DCF can be a challenge. Health insurance package could be better. Otherwise, this is a pretty good place to be.
