Excellent recruiter and recruiting process

Pros

The recruiting process was long, but easily navigated. Briana Michaels is a wonderful, responsive, and knowledgeable recruiter. The interviewing panel was excellent. I was offered a position, but chose to go with a different company. The pay and time off offered was excellent.

Cons

There was some lack of flexibility in hours, working from home vs going into office, and dress code. Other than that, it appeared to be an excellent organization to work for and one that is doing a great deal of good for the community.

Corporate management is a joke

Pros

All the non management staff are great!

Cons

Senior officers are only out for themselves and don’t care about the employees. HR is manipulative and deceptive. Nothing is kept confidential. It’s a nonprofit organization that only cares about the bottom line. Pay is on the low end and benefits are expensive with terrible coverage.
