      Pros

      Great leadership and mentoring. Excellent teamwork. My supervisor was simply amazing , truly the best leader I have ever worked with. The company focus on teamwork is great and they aren't afraid of new ideas, they embrace them.

      Cons

      It's a hard job. Its very rewarding but it isnt easy and the rules are always changing. I think this is why there were some negative reviews, it's not a job for everyone because it is always changing and it's not easy.

      Pros

      My Co-workers and how we help one another. The FSC Impact Code; The Dashboard; The way we treat our customers is awesome! The pay and benefit package is great! PTO and Holidays are great!
