      Pros

      Company takes initiative to learn their downfalls and has really shown a lot of promise over the last year or so. The leaders of the company have stuck with the organization for many years and are evolving with the needs of the workforce; adapting to the work-life balance and being more open minded. Job offers adequate PTO, which is very much appreciated/ needed in the field of human/ social services. The CEO even sends a hand-written birthday and work anniversary card every year.

      Cons

      As with many companies in the US, healthcare is not affordable.

      Family friendly, great training program for new workers, managers are patient and kind. From the very top on down, everyone is involved in helping to make better lives and futures for our participants.
