Pros

Great Non-Profit to work for, runs like a smooth machine and more like a corporate entity. I appreciate the Upper Management who know what they are doing especially through the reorganization.

Cons

More support in the outer offices and have them fully staffed for less stress!

Pros

The company offers excellent services for the customers. Unfortunately there are many individuals who are still unaware of the program.

Cons

The training is a joke. For everything that is expected of the staff, they truly need to incorporate actual training classes. Allow the staff to learn, possibly by QA, since they are the ones that set the standards and/or rules. Shadowing another employee is not the way to train a new employee, especially when that individual has only been there a few month themselves .
