      Pros

      I got money and it helped to improve my social skills and it helped me get fresh air. I was able to get some exercise.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any challenges of working here. One challenge would be my employer would sometimes not respond to my emails in a timely manner.

      Hours are perfect. Most of the people I dealt with were nice.

      Cons

      Little training. The way the reorganization of the company was handled.

      Don't want to say or I could lose my job

      Pros

      8-430 shifts and no weekends or holiday's.

      Cons

      Where to start. Horrible management, extremely high turnover, lack of guidance from management, case loads hitting 100 people, extreme burn out. But really, its just the horrible management. Supervisors pick and choose which rule applies to certain employees. Lack of flex time. Horrible benefits.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our management team has been conducting listening sessions and given employees a survey to find out how we can improve FSC for the past month. I urge you to make your voice heard if you have some suggestions because we have provided a forum for this. We have a saying at FSC that our people are our service, so we definitely want staff happy so they can provide great customer service. On the benefits side, I think we have a very competitive package: 401(K) match at 100% up to 6% of pay! Again, make your voice heard if you have some suggestions on how to improve this part of FSC.
