Pros

You will meet some wonderful coworkers and clients. You will have decent PTO. Your salary will be great until you realize it is not worth your mental and physical stress.

Cons

One of the worst places I have ever worked. Management and Leadership are not vested in their people or customers. They care about the money and it shows by who they put in charge to run the W2 program. Uncaring and rude!! You have to cover your butt on everything possible because either QA, your TL, or the State is looking for reasons to tell you how terrible of a worker you are. Then there are the time management studies that say we are not doing enough in our jobs. Never mind that we don't take enough lunches or breaks or time to go to the bathroom every day! There is some serious problem for our bosses to not understand what it is that we do all day. It must be easier to call us lazy then to admit maybe they have the problem or the program is the problem??

I can assure you that Forward Service Corporation regularly invests in both our customers and staff. We have revamped our initial training program in 2016, added more leadership training, and even added more paid holidays. For customers we are running a new, intensive 6-week call center training program so they can start rewarding careers. We value our staff and want to help them do the best job they can, while also following the established rules and guidelines of the state and federal agencies overseeing us. Our monitoring is never about telling a worker he or she is doing a terrible job; it’s about continuous improvement and helping every staff member understand all the in’s and out’s of the Wisconsin Works program. As a non-profit, it certainly isn’t about the money, it’s the mission. At the same time, we comply with the rules of our funding agency so we can, in turn, pay our employees.

Pros

FSC is a fantastic place to work with great benefits! FSC truly believes their employees are their greatest asset. FSC is very ethical and is innovative with their programs and service delivery to ensure we are doing all we can to have a positive impact on our customers lives. FSC is a GREAT place to work!

Cons

I don't have any downsides to share.
