FSC has a great mission and does important work.

Cons

It's never enough; there's always more to do. Super high expectations....local leadership is very supportive,but Corporate leadership is distant and uninvolved unless there's an issue.

Helping people that deserve it the pto and the ability to occasionally work from home.

Cons

So hr says on here that you’re strongly encouraged to talk to your managers if workload is high. Well I have and so have others and they still won’t get off their lazy beeps and help. They are proud of the fact that they don’t have to help. And their is nothing that will happen to them.my god you even had a manager who was convicted of stealing and they didn’t do anything.management and hr are a strong tight group that protects each other.even when the managers screw up and are caught by the auditors there is nothing they can do. I’m sorry but as said before by others the positive reviews are not real.
