Pros

The kids are phenomenal and the training program is very well set up for people. The pay is great especially for a job that doesn't require a lot of experience. The staff are wonderful and I love all of my coworkers

Cons

DONT take a salaried position. You will work so much more than 40 hours. Foss corporate doesn’t care about the teachers only the families. They never change anything that the teachers complain about. You can't move up at all in the company unless you relocate. As a manager you will be so stressed even outside of work, it is not worth it
