Working off the clock, no help in finding subs, and when you are sick (hospital) forget them being kind to you. You are just a warm body

Cons

Management encourages working off the clock and sets unrealistic expectations considering extremely tight time constraints. Extreme time management is required.

FOSS has awesome opportunities to grow from a part time swim teacher into a leadership role. The trainings provided are impactful and give you tools and skills to last a lifetime, both in and out of the pool.

Cons

Regardless of the role, working at FOSS requires a level of commitment and dedication.
