Pros

Fun environment and flexible schedule. Great if you enjoy working with kids and enjoy a lighthearted environment. Very fun and the job keeps you engaged.

Cons

I think that they could work on their management to employee communication. There's been instances where as an employee, I felt out of the loop or uninformed. Also chlorine exposure is no joke. It felt at times that management was trying to down play how much chlorine exposure to this magnitude affects skin and hair health. But overall, an amazing job!

It’s a joy teaching kids and seeing their view on life

Cons

Spent too many hours in chlorine. Hair was falling out. It’s a revolving door because the company does not focus on employee needs. The people in charge don’t care about you only about the parents. They put too many kids in one lane and it could be extremely dangerous and full of anxiousness.

Pros

Great pay and management team. Coworkers are very friendly and everyone is close. Once you have a few months of experience and find your teaching style the kids really latch onto you! Schedule is predictable and the same every week in approx. 3 month increments.

Cons

While the pool is one of the most gentle I've been in, it takes a toll on your skin after 20-25 hours a week. A lot of enthusiasm is required, which can be very draining after a 5 hour shift. Schedule is rigid, and finding people to cover shifts can be difficult.
