      Fun Place to Work but Easy Burn Out At Times

      Pros

      You're able to get creative with your lessons It was a fun environment overall Seeing your students (of all ages 6months-60yrs+) overcome their fears of the water and grow into a strong swimmer was super rewarding I'm a mermaid so loved being in the water

      Cons

      Constant need for high energy, which is difficult when you have no breaks in between lessons and are burnt out Constantly being in the chlorine burned my hair Entire site clean up at the end of night shift could be exhausting after a long shifts

      Pros

      Foss is a really fun place to work at. Amazing team of coworkers. Great starting pay for instructors and good hours for a college student.

      Cons

      Working a ton of hours in the pool can be exhausting. Long hours for management.
