Fun place to work, great culture, sexy projects creative B2C tech projects. Overall good experience.

Cons

Unstable retail company, too many org changes, poor management oversight, Skeleton crew staff. Constant layoffs and uncertainty. This ship could sink.

Beautiful office and facilities, on site gym, starbucks, cafeteria, exclusive employee store, opportunity for growth

Cons

Reps dropping like flies due to understaffing, carelessness of warehouse staff repair center and coworkers that fail to double check work or give customers correct information. Hard to keep good reps around because too much time is spent sweeping up other people's simple mistakes; customers call in 3 or 4 times because no one has done their job right. Too hard getting days off approved. Paid time off is available but scheduling is strict and dates will be blacked out to request off months in advance. Have a doctors appointment next week? You'll have to call out and it will count towards attendance because it will not be approved by scheduling. No flexibility

Culture is amazing. Great communication through town halls meetings. Lots of team employee functions/events keeps the associates in all departments "connected". New facility with cafe, Starbucks and fitness center a definite plus.
