Senior leadership has vastly diminished the emphasis on "culture", which is what made the company great. Recently, they outsourced their entire IT department (approximately 125 total employees) to India, while outsourcing numerous other departments to 3rd parties. The problem with this, among other things, is that a company bragging about how much it supports its "people" out of one side of their mouths, while outsourcing entire business segments out of the other side results in poor morale, and a general distrust of management.

Going through a slow-down of recent exponential growth in business.. leading to sudden cost reduction initiatives, which is leading to constant stress, increased workload and somewhat vagueness in goals. Management seems divided in what needs to be achieved, hence lack of general direction.
