Pros
Great product and people. There are definitely opportunities for challenging and impactful work. Great facilities at Corporate HQ. Employee discount is awesome.
Cons
Shifting from an entrepreneurial, think outside the box organization to a stay within the lines type of place. Not staffed appropriately for size and complexity of the business, therefore people are overworked and stressed. Senior leadership is becoming increasingly disconnected from the core talent. Fossil has gone from a place where it feels like family to a sterile, corporate world.
