Not great since new CEO and A&M took over

Pros

They’ve taken away any benefits that made working there worth it.

Cons

They forced us back in office even though we signed contracts stating we are remote employees. New CEO obviously does not care about the employees. New “Chief People Person” also obviously does not care about employees. Both of them tell the employees one thing so they don’t get agitated and it’s the complete opposite of what actually is happening behind the scenes. Old CEO ran the company into the ground with spending money we didn’t have, but interestingly none of the money spent was on marketing, and we are now in year 8 of a 2 year turnaround plan.

Pros

The office is a cool space, the employees skew younger and the overall vibe at Fossil HQ is very hip and energetic. The pay was good. The benefits average.

Cons

Management has no ability to make a decision. They are paralyzed to please Kosta and don't do their own thing. Plans change on a dime, and their product is in a declining market. Layoffs are common.
