Great atmosphere, good company culture, and employees are fun to work with.

Cons

Very difficult to be promoted from within and the pay is terrible. More workload and responsibilities get added on, but no pay increase.

Company is growing and many new opportunities will probably come up soon. Great atmosphere, good company culture, and employees are passionate about product.

Cons

I don't see enough of management continuously coaching and developing employees. There needs to be more one-on-one coaching.

Fossil is the best company I've ever worked for. The culture is completely relevant to the brand, Authentic and Fun!

Cons

No cons - except that the day after Thanksgiving isn't a holiday...but it's retail, and it is one of the most important days of the year.
