I would have to say that I really do not have any complaints or cons with the company, I am currently a sale associate which is like the lowest person in the business, but the most important. Unlike other post i have read i have great communication with my ASM's. SM, and DM.

It is a very casual environment. The people are friendly it can be very exciting at times. The company continues to grow and be successful because it moves quickly and set trends.

Cons

Because they move so quickly, the company does not follow policies. There are too many exceptions and they want to retain the small business mentality even as they grow to large.
