Pros

The work environment is good. Fellow employees are nice and friendly. They are flexible with your availability. The products are great and they offer a generous discount.

Cons

Sales can be difficult. Management heavily pushes on having excellent stats. If you under perform, the amount of hours you receive in a week is affected. Sell less, less hours. Sell more, more hours.

Pros

Environment is laid back, the people within the stores (for the most part) are fun to work with. Good benefits.

Cons

Poor communication. Huge disconnect between the corporate office and the stores. Corporate basically has 0 trust in the management teams to run their stores so they pretty much do it for you. You don't know the definition of micromanaged until you have worked for Fossil. DM visits are a rarity, thus constructive feedback lacks. They hire from outside the company because they do not develop their own managers from within. GREAT managers end up leaving out of frustration, and the poor workers end up lingering forever because unless you do something completely illegal, you will never get fired.
