The 50% discount is amazing. The corporate 1 800 discount is outstanding The ability to hire the talent you want to create your store vision Flexibility when scheduling days off and/or vacations People you work with on store level are fun and energetic

Cons

Constant paperwork, how are you going to train your associates and push business when your always bogged down with paperwork? They want you to have an office day, but don't provide you with any additional hours. Payroll is not sufficient to maintain stores peformance goals. They are very stingy with giving hours to help stores. Working holidays and not having weekends off (one weekend per month) Pay is HORRIBLE, especially if your an internal candidate. The opportunity for advancement to the home office is slim to none. You definitely have to know people or have a good DM/AM that will strive to push for you to help develop and grow you personal career. Fossil rarely has store promotions, so its hard to sell to discounted mind shoppers Fossil does not market, they go off word of mouth and their catalog. Its hard to get shoppers in the door when they don't even know your there!
